Luxury Helsinki offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return or exchange your high-fashion items within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Luxury Helsinki account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, dust bags, and hangers are included to maintain the product's value.

• 3.
  Affix the Boutique Label

  Print and attach the complimentary prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
